Dr. Dorothy Miranda is dedicated to helping organizations overcome challenges in team development. With a background in education and faith-based organizations, she has expertise in confronting issues of racial inequity and implicit bias. Through her consulting firm, Word In Season (WISE) Consulting, she provides coaching, workshops, and consulting to strengthen organizations through collaboration.
Dr. Dorothy’s approach is rooted in pastoral care, helping clients achieve revelation about their team dynamics and fostering growth. She has worked with school districts and nonprofit organizations, empowering diverse teams and leading to transformational outcomes. Dr. Dorothy is committed to fighting systemic challenges and ensuring every voice is heard and valued. As an ordained minister, she brings care and understanding to every engagement, guiding teams towards meaningful development and lasting success.
